Once the deposit is made , we start our puppy reservation process and we work around the clock to assure that you get email notifications weekly / monthly  and as soon as our puppies come available. When a puppy is ready for adoption , We hold your puppy for 48 hrs , until we hear back from you at the risk of losing  potential buyers . Please Note *We have a few people on our waiting list that may be interested in the same puppy , and therefore  only an additional deposit of $500 or balance payment of the puppy of your choice will reserve your new puppy No exceptions ! 

We make sure you get priority over the public for 48 hrs . With this said your deposit is good for life meaning , you can put your credit toward any puppies at any time ( 1 or 5 or 10 years from now ) .

If your situation has changed , for example , you moved out of state for a short period of time , or your landlord wont let you keep a puppy . You can suspend your membership for that period . And then restart it again when your situation allows. It’s that flexible!

And so , due to the nature of the work and risks , all deposits are non refundable .
